Dasol Hong is a Visual Artist and Textile Designer based in New York City.
Dasol designs and produces textile print and pattern in Manhattan, the city of fashion! She walks the line between fashion and fine art, sophisticated and edge. Inspired by 3-Dimensional layers found in nature. Dasol first discovered print design while working as a fashion marketing assistant at the Marc Jacobs and Marc by Jacobs. She soon became fascinated with combining fashion and fine art. She obtained BFA degree in Fashion Design from Seoul in 2012, and deeper reach out through MFA Fine Art at the Pratt Institute. Dasol nominated as a finalist of The Knight Foundation awards winner through the Screenprint Showdown contest in 2016, Rockefeller Center Flag project, and Museum of Craft and Design in 2020.
